All individuals associated with Global Breakthrough Ministries Ltd are expected to:

  • Maintain confidentiality: Protect the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to Global Breakthrough Ministries Ltd and its stakeholders, except where disclosure is required by law.

Any concerns about breaches of this Code of Conduct, unethical behaviour, or misconduct should be reported to the designated Whistleblower Officer or Board of Directors. Global Breakthrough Ministries Ltd is committed to protecting individuals who report violations in good faith from retaliation or adverse consequences.

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or volunteer roles, removal from the board, or termination of contracts. Serious breaches may also be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with Australian law.
